CORONAVIRUS COVID19 INFECTION

Please note that currently the surgery operates phone consultation appointments which can be a video consultation or simply audio consultation. Face to Face appoints are restricted and vetted before it can be arranged to avoid spread of infection. If you have symptoms of Covid 19 arrangements can be made to be seen at the Dewsbury Health Centre by a specialist team or if you feel ill with shortness of breath you can phone 111 for further advice.

Please protect yourself and others by following Government Advice of staying at home and if out of your home follow social distancing rules.

Currently the death count from this infection exceeds 44500 people so please follow the advice as it can be fatal even if you are normally healthy.

By following the Government Advice (hands face space) you can stop spread of infection and thus put less pressure on the NHS critical beds and therefore allow better treatment to those who unfortunately contract the illness and are fighting for their lives.
